  1. Miserable shot - lucky no innocents were hit by strays. Disarm him.
  2. Thin-skinned Taco with bone spurs. He fled the G7 because he couldn'tt hack it with real heads of state power brokers who weren't his cronies. Georgie Porgie taco and fries, Harassed the girls and made em cry. When the boys came out to play, Georgie Porgie ran away ... ... back to DC where he did - precisely nothing that was 'even bigger'.
  3. Any idea if citizenship is even easier to attain with PR status? Just curious.
  4. His knowledge and nous was also matched by his decency, politeness and patience ... legendary indeed on these boards ...
  5. Her job is to squeeze as much lucre as possible out of those who swarm around Thailand's bars looking for 'love'. She seems to be quite adept at it.
  6. Interesting numbers - seems like they're busier than they appear to be on these pages ... (taken at face value anyway)
  7. Interesting but not surprising and packaged as if it all had something to do with Musk/doge/Trump ... But who cares eh?
  8. Agreed. One of my favorites. With the Nana Plaza excitement at one end and Benjakiti Park down at the other. Would you mind telling me how you got from there to the airport? Taxi? Hotel taxi? Meter or fixed fare? Price? Novotel shuttle to Nana and BTS/ARL? I'm looking at the same trip in a week or so and although familiar have never gone Novotel - Swampy. Cheers.
  9. Oh dear. The usual boring and predictable hatespew triggered instead of an answer to a simple question. The answer by the way was 'nothing'. It was totally irrelevant to the actual topic. All desperately (and ineffectively) trying to hide behind a pathetic attempt to sound authoritative. I don't even feel offended it's so ridiculous. But also par for the course on AN nowadays.
  10. What did the man's skin color have to do with his (lack of suitable) attire?
  11. Rape is the charge least likely to be pursued by the CPS because of the nature of the crime. Only a very small percentage makes it to court and even fewer convictions secured. They have to be pretty damn certain to get an extradition together - from Romania where these two are facing pretty much exactly the same charges. I'm sure they're looking forward to their day in court and are sure they'll be exonerated. Not.
  12. I think this particular 'crackdown' comes round about twice a year. Seem to recall the last one only a few months ago.
  13. Well it pays not to pick fights you can't win that's for sure whatever the circumstances. I'd sure as hell stay out of most Thai on Thai disputes. That's a surefire way of getting a pack pasting.
  14. More likely a higher sense of civic duty - not an easy thing to do. Takes a lot of guts to be the first bystander to take action. Most people are all jointly frozen - there's an expression for it, can't remember what its's called ... perhaps someone else can.
  15. My thought exactly - took action instead of filming it. Actually quite heroic under the circumstances. I was once told that if someone's too big to take from the front then take 'em from behind. It's safer and why should you risk your own health for a POS like that? The idea is to put a stop to his antics as fast as possible without anyone else getting hurt.
  16. Actually I regretted later not putting a question mark after that. It was intended as a joke and not a statement.
  17. No. The joke is the weak loudmouth braggart that Putin just owned and the Saudis just bought that you lot installed in the WH. You STILL haven't grasped who'll pay those tariffs?
  18. Same here - when I used to dabble I always took dancer from a gogo bar. Never had a problem - except they tend to swing emotional handbags. Needs some nous and experience to deal with. And anyway, when I think of some of the diseases that must be lurking in the dinge of the coconut bar, amongst the ladies, boys or regular (LBs don't float my boat anyway) then I'd just rather not. That place'll be the source of the next pandemic.
