There are no screens. The landlord who also lives in the building, keeps the windows closed at all times and runs the AC 24/7 and she thinks everyone wants to do the same. 10 partners is not that much. Who cares? You can't tell the difference when you have sex with a woman how many partners she's had. As far as the other statistics, I'm not even convinced they're accurate. Thailand is different from the west. A lot of girls get married young in thailand. And that's probably what is the biggest cause of divorce. They are often too young to know what they're doing. In which case the opposite would be true.
