I receive mail from all over the world as part of a global mail testing service. I received an airmail item from the UK a few days ago that was mailed on May 28th, 8 days from the UK to Bangkok. Postage on it was 3.20 GBP (!!!) for a standard envelope. I sent some documents from Bangkok to our family lawyer in the UK and they took 2 weeks (registered, A4 size) I've not noticed any slowness compared to normal timings.

I don't care what other people want to do with their emotions and their sex lives. I know a few friends with kids that have decided to change their pronouns or their gender identity. The one thing I have noticed is that ALL of the kids who were born female but ended up being fat and either plain or actually ugly have chosen to dress and act male, or turn asexual. One of my friends has a daughter named Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a fat, ugly girl who has worn shapeless black clothing since she was about 10 years old and goes by the name 'Ace'. She just graduated high school. She knew by age 10 that no boys would ever find here attractive and feminine so she's chosen to be asexual. I don't think she's gay, I think she just knows she'll never fit into the societal role of being an attractive female.

I stopped eating any food that I don't cook myself. I'm more concerned with keeping my body fat as low as possible than caring about what the food tastes like. I also don't want to waste money paying someone else to make my food when I can buy and cook for so much less. 1kg of raw chicken tenders (approx 20 pcs) is only 95 baht in Lotus's. I pretty much only eat boiled chicken and steamed vegetables, with dry chilli powder and smoked paprika if I want to add some flavour. Personally I like the taste of just plain boiled chicken.

I tested positive for Covid on Friday and had a very miserable few days with a constant headache, fever, muscle aches and all the other typical symptoms. I'm now starting to feel better but I can only talk for about an hour before my throat starts hurting. I was on a 3 hour call earlier and by the end I could barely speak. My throat is very sore right now. I know a few people who've either got it or know someone who has. I've quarantined myself since I started feeling sick on Thursday evening. Any virus that's in me isn't getting a chance to spread to anyone else, which is what we should all do. If everyone who got sick just stayed away from other people until they were recovered, then the virus wouldn't be able to spread. But I expect a lot of you are too selfish to think about other people. And for the record I had 3 shots and have had Covid once before.

All the ones who are most vocally against it.
