    In my experience last month, YES, they were happy to tell me "its not important" for a 16 year old Thai kid to hit my truck riding a 1 year old Honda Wave, Un licenced, No road Tax , No compulsory government insurance, No helmet, and doing 70kph in a 45 kph area, when i said I will take this to Court they told me you will not win anything, you are a Farang, so I say B.S to those who say Thailand is a non racist country.....

    I would have thought it's quite obvious who is at fault..those using the main road surely have right of way, so the bike in the side road is wrong, but being thailand they make up their own rules to suit the situation and color of your skin in my few experiences

    There has been a few of them in East Pattaya that i knew of over the last 10 years, Two of them have been caught, and jailed..

    I hope a few Thai's are reading this, in our Village Thai's that use the Village Pool regualrly jump in the water fully clothed wearing Tee shirt and Jeans, & continue to do so despite the complaints

    If u mean CCTV cameras , 75% of those dont work due to lack of maintenance in our area of Nongprue alone ...along with street lighting

    A lot of this must be down to personal hygiene too, and Thai's are not the cleanest, far from it, have a look at the Masks some of them are still wearing, it looks like they've had it on since the original Covid began

    I get the same problem being on Blood Thinners, (Clopidogrel) Heart Doctor says nothing to worry about, it happens to me more if i knock / Bruise myself, a Purple mark will appear then disappear with in few days, caused by Tiny Blood Vessel gets broken, and blood leaks into surrounding tissue...only "Time" will make them disappear ....I like Gardening and DIY so i get these marks all the time,
